Libyan registry hacked

An anti-Kadafhi hacker successfully defaced the website of the .ly-registry. At the time of writing, the website of the registry looks like this:

It’s not clear how long this has already been the case. According to the webpage the hacker put online, the defacement has already been online for 5 days.

It does look like the hack was limited to the defacement of the website. As far as we can tell, all .ly domain names are still up and running, including the popular URL-shortner bit.ly.
