Release .store has started

One of the long expected extensions has started its release. On April 6th 2016, the sunrise for .store began.

Until June 5th 2016 owners of registered trademarks can register their name under the .store extension during the sunrise of this domain. However if you wish to do so, your trademark needs to registered at the TradeMark ClearingHouse. As from June 14th onwards, everyone can register a name under the .store extension.

The .store extension was eagerly awaited for since this domain is currently the only one which comes close to the .shop extension. Once the .shop domain will go live, it will be serious competition for the .store domain. However up until now, the release date for the .shop extension is unknown. So the .store domain offers a nice and original alternative.
